Lead 5-Star Accommodation & Cleaning Operations

Cofton Holidays is seeking an experienced Accommodation & Cleaning Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry and cleaning operations across a 5‑star standard environment. You will oversee staffing, training, performance management, stock control, COSHH compliance, safety and budgeting to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
