The NHS Weston Practice is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee non-clinical teams and ensure safe, efficient patient‑focussed service delivery. You will translate strategic objectives into effective operational delivery and work closely with the Practice Manager and leadership team.
Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operational management, governance, risk, IT and facilities, plus workforce management and service improvements. Experience in primary care or NHS is essential.
