Housing Location Manager — Part-Time (27h/wk)

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Housing Location Manager to support older residents across our Birmingham communities. The role focuses on enabling independence, managing properties and rent accounts, and addressing issues with fairness.

You will ensure timely repairs and safety checks while building strong, trustful relationships with residents. We welcome transferable experience from people‑facing roles and require an enhanced DBS check.
