Senior Out-of-Hours Operations Lead – Urgent Care

Practice Plus Group in North West London is seeking an Operations Lead for Out of Hours (OOH) on a fixed-term secondment through to September 2027. You will take day-to-day ownership of OOH services, including Primary Care Centers and Home Visiting, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

You will lead OOH operational teams, drive performance and staff engagement, and steer continuous improvement to maintain high-quality patient care.
