Business Administrator
Location: NEW Linmere Day Nursery, Hockcliffe, LU5.Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, 52 weeks/year.Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday–Friday between 07:30–18:30.Salary: £25,389–£30,517.50 per annum (pro‑ratio) | £13.02–£15.65 per hour.

About you
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences. You will bring:
- Experience working in a busy reception, administration or customer service environment.
- A warm, welcoming and professional approach, whether greeting visitors or supporting families by phone, email or face‑to‑face.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems to manage enquiries, maintain family records, prepare invoices and resolve queries.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the Nursery Manager with diary management, ordering and day‑to‑day administration.
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and ensuring every child feels safe, valued and happy.
