Contract & Procurement Officer
Full time/Permanent
Salary: £44,937 per annum rising to £47,925 per annum inclusive of Living Wage.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing procurement strategies on a range of projects and contracts of varying values.
- Ensure best practice is adopted and demonstrate an understanding of housing maintenance and the construction market.
- Administer procurement activity through a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for Resident Services.
- Work under the direction of the Contract and Procurement Manager to monitor contracts and contract performance against service specification outcomes.
- Maintain management information systems and assist with drafting regular reports, briefing notes, and business cases as appropriate.
