Youth Engagement & Wellbeing Coordinator

Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a Youth Worker Co-ordinator to join the Student Support and Wellbeing Team. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with students who are disengaged or at risk, and coordinating Youth Workers delivering targeted interventions.

Based at Bispham, this permanent post includes 37 hours per week with a salary range of £38,000–£42,000, and offers extensive wellbeing and development benefits.
