Duty Manager: Lead Team & Ensure Smooth Stays

Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager for our Bangor Premier Inn in Gwynedd, North Wales. The role is 16 hours per week with a permanent contract and a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour. You will lead shifts, coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly.

Ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, solving problems and helping guests. Prior hotel experience isn’t required, and you’ll have opportunities to progress toward a Hotel Manager role.
