Programme Manager (Strategic Delivery)
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £45,012 – £51,764 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
Contract: Full‑time, fixed‑term for three years.
Your role:
- Lead, coordinate and deliver the strategic change portfolio across the Diocese of Canterbury.
- Work closely with the Director of Strategic Development to bring people together, keep projects moving and turn vision into action.
- Coordinate programmes, manage priorities, risks, governance and budgets, and ensure that ideas become real outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clergy, parish leaders and partners across the Diocese.
- Support senior leaders and contribute to strategic change initiatives that promote flourishing parishes, sustainable ministry and church growth.
About you:
- Experienced in managing complex programmes and leading change.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Confident in managing priorities, risks, governance and budgets.
- Practising Christian; good understanding of the Church of England and a passion for its mission.
