Box Office & Sales Manager: Lead Tickets & Revenue

Worthing Theatres and Museum is recruiting a dedicated Box Office and Sales lead to run the day-to-day operations across all venues, driving ticket income and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will manage the Box Office team, drive operational excellence and staff development, and maximise revenue, occupancy and audience reach through Spektrix and best practices.
