Precision Custom Components (PCC) is seeking a talented Fabrication Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our York, PA facility. This role leads a team of hourly union fabricators, plans, prioritizes, and assigns daily work to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include directing operations, enforcing safety, coordinating with engineering and other shifts, maintaining records, and driving process improvements to ensure every component is built safely, accurately, and on time.
