Location: Nottingham
Job Description:

At Beauhurst, we’re on a mission to become a global data company that helps organisations discover and work better with ambitious, high-growth companies. With 120+ employees and an enviable client list, we’re looking for a Graduate Client Experience Manager to help our customers get maximum value from our platform and, as a result, better understand and engage with the UK’s fastest-growing companies. You’ll join a close-knit team in the heart of Nottingham city centre and go through extensive training to set you up for success.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with people: chatting to clients from banks, universities, government bodies and more, helping them navigate the platform and get what they need
  • Training: running tailored, engaging sessions that explain complex things clearly
  • Organising & improving: juggling tasks, smoothing processes, and suggesting better ways of doing things
  • Spotting opportunities: flagging useful add-ons or features to our Account Managers when you see a chance to up- or cross-sell
  • Ensuring value: making sure clients have a great experience so they stay with us year after year

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A university degree (any discipline)
  • Stellar people skills: emotionally intelligent, a great listener, naturally friendly and curious
  • Proactivity and ownership: ambitious, organised, and comfortable taking charge of your workload
  • Bonus experience: customer service, hospitality, tutoring or teaching (any people-focused roles welcome!)

We’re offering a salary of £26K + £1K bonus

  • A stake in the company: Substantial options scheme to share in the growth you help create
  • Healthcare: Our health cash plan covers day-to-day health and wellness needs
  • Free therapy: Sessions with hand-picked counsellors, all on us
  • Professional development: Training and learning opportunities covered by us
  • Events: Company-wide parties, Friday drinks, and regular team socials
  • Travel support: Season ticket loans, free railcards, and cycle to work scheme
  • Clubs: From reading to padel, bouldering to biscuits — there’s a subsidised club for you

If you’re eager to join a fun, collaborative, fast-growing company with plenty of room for progression and development, we’d love to hear from you!
