Hybrid Sales Support Executive – Customer & Orders

Search is seeking a Sales Support Executive in Birmingham. The role involves supporting the sales team, building rapport with customers, confirming and raising orders, and chasing deliveries and stock orders.

You will liaise with all departments to provide excellent customer service and assist with account mapping. The ideal candidate has prior Sales Support or Sales Administration experience, a good telephone manner, strong organisation, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
