Concession Manager

Molton Brown is a leading global brand within Kao’s cosmetics portfolio, known for its premium fragrance and luxury beauty products.

We’re looking for an experienced, sales‑focussed Concession Manager with at least one year of experience supporting or running a successful store or concession in premium retail or fragrance. The role will be based at Fenwick’s Canterbury and will involve leading the counter and the team to continued success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team from the front, setting the standard for an immersive customer experience.
• Coach and develop sales consultants to think commercially and act to overachieve targets.
• Own and deliver store sales and KPIs, using data and insight to reduce costs while strengthening Molton Brown’s presence on the high street.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales through brand activation, events, and thoughtful initiatives that make a lasting impact.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance and operational excellence, ensuring a flawless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience supporting or running a successful store or concession within premium retail or fragrance.
• Strong sales and people‑management skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of overachieving targets.
• Passion for brand activation and customer experience.
