THE ROLE
n
We have an opportunity for a Solicitor 4-6 PQE with a non-contentious regulatory insurance background to join a market leading team known for handling cross border insurance work
n
The role will include; delivering regulatory and transactional advice to insurers, reinsurers, brokers and industry clients with a focus om on Lloyd's, London market and non-life insurance and reinsurance
n
The role will include a good balance of transactional, commercial, and advisory work, both domestic and international within a dedicated corporate, commercial and regulatory insurance team
n

THE CANDIDATE
n
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of corporate, commercial and insurance regulatory experience.
n
You you will have 4-6 PQE, currently working as a mid-senior English law qualified associate level or equivalent in-house.
n
You will be familiar with the insurance sector's regulatory regime.
n
You will be a team player, able to support and train others, and will know when to delegate and when to seek support.
n
This is an opportunity to join a law firm with solid plans for expansion
