Head of AI-Powered FP&A & Financial Strategy

Napier Technologies Limited in London is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support. You will rebuild FP&A with AI-native forecasting, modelling and management information, reporting to the CFO in a hands-on, high-visibility role.

You will own core financial models, drive insights for Exco and investors, partner with senior leaders across Product, GTM, Sales, Operations and Engineering, and champion data integrity and automation in finance.
