ITSM JiraSM Platform Engineer – Change & Automation Lead

Barclays is seeking an ITSM JiraSM Platform Engineer to design, configure, and continuously improve the ITSM platform capabilities that enable risk-based changes in a CI/CD-led environment. The role is hands-on, building workflows, automation, data models, and control evidence for auditable changes.

You will own the ITSM change enablement workflows, integrating change, incident, request and CMDB services with monitoring, CI/CD, and observability.
