Head of Platform Applications & AI Operations

The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change is seeking a Director of Applications to lead the availability, configuration and evolution of core platforms (Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft 365 / Azure) and to drive engineering excellence across CI/CD, testing and release management.

You will report to the CTO, build the Platform Centre of Excellence, and guide platform investment, governance and performance across a global, SaaS-heavy estate.
