Chief Legal & Governance Officer

Pikl is seeking an in‑house Legal Counsel and Company Secretary to lead commercial contracting and governance across the business. You will review, draft and negotiate supplier, platform and insurance contracts, while ensuring governance, regulatory compliance and accurate board minutes.

You will act as the trusted adviser to the Board and the business, coordinating input from departments and external counsel, and supporting product launches with strong legal input.
