Job Description:

This is a high-profile role supporting a significant global transformation programme, requiring an experienced HR leader with a proven track record of partnering senior executives through complex organisational change, large-scale restructures and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategy, organisational effectiveness and workforce transformation across a global business environment.

Duties

  • Partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business transformation objectives.
  • Lead the HR agenda for complex organisational redesign, restructuring and workforce transformation programmes across multiple geographies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on global change management initiatives, ensuring effective consultation, communication and implementation.
  • Support leaders through periods of organisational change, building capability and ensuring sustainable business outcomes.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, capability assessments and organisational design interventions.
  • Utilise workforce analytics and people insights to inform decision‑making and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Centres of Excellence and wider HR teams to ensure a coordinated and commercially focused people approach.
  • Drive employee engagement and change adoption activities during transformation programmes.
  • Ensure all change activities are delivered in line with employment legislation, policy requirements and best practice.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner within a large, complex and matrixed global organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and supporting large-scale global restructures, organisational redesign and transformation programmes.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies and delivering sustainable organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging workforce data to influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare or other highly regulated sectors would be advantageous.
