Home Care Assistant: Flexible Hours & Professional Training

Audley Villages is seeking Care Assistants to provide homecare services across the community, including personal care, housekeeping, and companionship. You will work to maintain independence, support daily living, and comply with CQC standards while showing empathy and respect to clients.

The role offers full training, potential NVQ advancement, flexible hours, and mileage allowances. Driving licence is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care within Audley’s villages.
