Safeguarding Triage Specialist – Community Support

Essex County Council is seeking a Community Support Worker to act as the first point of contact for safeguarding referrals, triaging low‑risk concerns, and ensuring timely action in line with safeguarding legislation. The role is fixed-term and full-time in Chelmsford with office attendance once a week.

You will work with health, housing, police and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding activity and support adults at risk.
