Empowering Home Care & Support Worker (Driver)

Altogether Care Llp is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide compassionate care at clients’ homes across the Swanage area. You will travel between locations to support independence and wellbeing, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and some weekends. A permanent contract and welcome bonuses are offered.

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle and be prepared to travel as required to ensure high-quality care delivery. DBS checks apply.
