Senior Residential Childcare Supervisor

Randstad Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Residential Children’s Services in Cheshire. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, contribute to care plans, and safeguard children while promoting their education and wellbeing.

The role requires trauma-informed support, strong literacy and numeracy, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as part of a flexible rota. A Level 3 qualification is essential, with NVQ/Diploma Level 3 desirable.
