Lead Support Worker — Trauma-Informed Care (Hybrid)

Kirklees Metropolitan Council is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for its Supported Accommodation Service in Stroud. The role focuses on trauma-informed care for young people and care leavers aged 16–25, leading shifts and safeguarding responsibilities within a 19-flat provision.

You will support independence, develop life skills, and promote safety, wellbeing and positive futures in a busy residential setting, liaising with social workers and partner agencies.
