Food Production Operative: 4-Day Week, Flexible Shifts

Kenect Recruitment is seeking reliable Production Operatives to join our busy food production team in Burntwood on a temporary, agency basis. You will help prepare, pack, and dispatch high‑quality food products, with shifts booked weekly and a 4‑day working week.

The role is physically demanding, involves standing for long periods and fast pace work. Full training provided for production machinery, and overtime opportunities may be available.
