About the Role
The East Caithness Health and Social Care Integrated Team at Pulteney House, Wick is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work with patients in their own homes, providing holistic care and supporting their independence. The post holders will deliver high standards of patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring delivery of a high‑quality service to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team and use own initiative to deliver patient care.
- Adhere to high standards of care and contribute to the team’s effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience not required, though of benefit.
- Full training will be provided, with opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
- A driving licence is essential. Applicants should have access to their own vehicle; a pool vehicle is available for rural areas.
Working Patterns
- Bank posts with shift options: 07:00‑11:00, 07:00‑14:00, 09:00‑13:00, 11:00‑14:00, 16:00‑21:00, 17:00‑22:00, or as per service requirements.
