Community OT, Mental Health – Band 5, Flexible Working

Derbyshire Dales AWA Living Well is seeking a Band 5 Registered Occupational Therapist to join the Derbyshire Healthcare team based in Ashbourne. You will assess and support adults with mental ill health in the community, with travel across the area and supervision from Band 6.

The role involves multidisciplinary working, with opportunities for supervision, development, and training to advance your professional practice within a supportive team.
