Senior Social Worker – Older Adult Mental Health (Hybrid)

Essex County Council is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join our adult social care team in Maldon. You will support adults aged 65+ with mental health needs, manage complex cases, and develop person-centred care plans while working in a hybrid model.

The role requires registration with Social Work England, AMHP/BIA or Practice Educator qualifications, and strong mentorship skills for staff across the service. A driving licence and mobility are advantageous.
