Care Support Worker – Sandbach

Shift Details

• Full‑time 37.5 hrs/week
• Shifts: 8:00‑15:00, 15:00‑22:00, 8:00‑22:00 (available Monday‑Sunday)
• Applicants must be able to work both shifts (8:00‑15:00 & 15:00‑22:00)

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
• Promote choice, dignity and respect in everyday life.
• Assist with activities such as shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, guitar, walking, listening to music, watching TV, and community participation.
• Work as part of a close‑knit, supportive team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be able to work both shifts (8:00‑15:00 & 15:00‑22:00).
• Acceptance of a DBS check, which will be paid for by the company.
• Compassionate, motivated, and able to make a real impact.
