We are currently seeking an experienced Social Housing Joiner to work on refurbishment schemes across Manchester. This role involves working in occupied properties, completing high-quality joinery works in tenants’ homes.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery
• Blue CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Basic DBS issued within the last 12 months (assistance available if required)

Duties

• Carrying out joinery works on social housing refurbishment projects
• Working professionally and respectfully in occupied homes
