Hybrid WFM Planner: Data-Driven Scheduling & Insights

Bupa in Brighton is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Planner to join our Planning department. This role is full-time and hybrid (35 hours per week), with a salary starting from £35,200 per annum.

You will analyse resource requirements, design scheduling solutions, forecast work volumes, and monitor performance to drive efficiency. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage shifts, and report on KPIs to ensure service levels are met.
