Education Employee Relations Specialist — Manager Coach

Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Caseworker to join our central team, reporting to the Employee Relations Manager. You will manage a varied portfolio of HR cases with autonomy across schools, covering long-term sickness, conduct, discipline, and grievances.

You will coach managers, assess risks, prepare documentation for hearings, and ensure timely conclusions in line with employment law. Highly complex cases will be escalated to the ER Manager.
