Hybrid Mortgage Referrals & Broker Support Specialist

Pepper Money UK is hiring a Referrals Specialist to support the Sales Operations Team and distribution partners. The role involves managing referrals, lending policies and criteria to deliver excellent service within our risk appetite.

You will handle high volume queries, discuss requirements with brokers, and ensure timely, compliant processing. The position is hybrid, based in Manchester or London, with occasional travel to other offices.
