Role Overview
Student midwives who will be based at one of the MFT sites across the MCS- North Manchester, Oxford Road Campus or Wythenshawe.
Attending the University of Salford to complete the Masters Degree in Midwifery.
This will be a 2 stage interview process. Successful candidates with MFT will then need to undergo a University interview to ensure entrance criteria.
Qualifications
Must hold UK Adult Nurse NMC Registration
Responsibilities
Working alongside the midwifery teams within the service, including antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care, looking after our women and families during the puerperium and supporting their physical and mental health wellbeing.
Additionally completing the midwifery training whilst attending university lectures and clinical practice.
Practical experience will be both community and hospital based.
