Social Worker – Help Older Adults Live Safely at Home

Lancashire County Council invites applications for a Social Worker in the Older People and Physical Disabilities team. You will support adults to live well, safely and independently in their homes and communities, using a strengths-based approach with people, carers and partners to tailor support around what matters to them.

Roles are available across the County. The service emphasises collaboration, professional development, and a supportive environment within Adult Social Care.
