In-Office Customer Support Agent – Mon-Fri, Training

Juice Recruitment is supporting a long-standing organisation in North Bristol with a Customer Support Agent role. The position is full-time and based in the office, starting 23 July and ending 7 August.

You will call customers, book in work for the team, and follow up on missed calls while updating records in the internal system. The role offers a friendly team environment, clear onboarding, and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
