Enhanced Resource TA: Empathy-Driven Student Support

Brackensdale Spencer Academy invites applications for a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our Enhanced Resource Team. You will provide direct support to pupils, including those with complex needs, in classroom and small-group settings.

You will work under the direction of teachers and the SENCo, across all key stages including Nursery and Enhanced Resource units, delivering high-quality learning support and promoting safeguarding and pupil well-being.
