Out-of-Hours Crisis Support Worker

Community Care Live is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the Out of Hours team. You will provide urgent, holistic support to children, families and vulnerable adults, building relationships and coordinating with partner agencies to safeguard those in need.

The role offers enhanced pay for evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays, with access to Health Assured’s Employee Assistance Programme and the Local Government Pension Scheme.
