Facilities Maintenance & Safety Technician

YMCA Bournemouth is seeking a Facilities Maintenance and Health and Safety Worker to maintain the association’s housing stock and ensure safety compliance. The role involves painting, decorating, basic repairs, and contributing to health and safety across housing sites.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on safety checks, maintenance planning, and teamwork within the Housing department. Prior general maintenance and health & safety experience are essential.
