Learning Support Assistant – SEND & SEMH (Term-Time)

West Heath School is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team starting 1st September 2026. This part-time role, working 33 hours per week, is aimed at supporting students with moderate and complex learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant knowledge of safeguarding practices and prior experience supporting students with special educational needs. Responsibilities include promoting students’ emotional well-being and preparing them for adulthood.
