Inclusion & Intervention Coordinator – English Focus

Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a highly organised Subject Inclusion Coordinator to join the team at de Ferrers. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable students in English, delivering targeted interventions, and ensuring high-quality progress and outcomes.

You will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants and the support and guidance team to identify barriers to learning, promote accelerated progress and a nurturing, structured learning environment across 39 weeks per year.
