Service Scheduler & Customer Care Lead

Johnson Controls in Manchester is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Newton Heath. You will schedule routine service visits, remedial work, and dispatch callouts for subcontractors, while handling paperwork and documenting future dates.

You’ll liaise with internal teams and planners to ensure visits are completed efficiently, chase documentation, and deliver outstanding customer service by phone and email for planning and admin queries.
