RMG’s Customer Service Contact Centre in Northwich is hiring Customer Service Advisors. You will respond to inbound customer contacts via phone, e‑mail, WhatsApp or online chat, providing helpful advice and solutions to meet customer needs.
You will record all transactions in Salesforce, pass information to colleagues, and support other areas of the business on varied projects. The role operates 24/7 with a rotating shift pattern, including weekends.
