Guest Experience Advisor – Retail & Gift Card Sales

Manchester Arndale is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering outstanding service and promoting our Gift Card offers. You will resolve queries, maintain a welcoming desk, and support till operations with accurate cash handling.

The role requires flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, to ensure exceptional guest experiences across the mall.
