• Night Shift: £ per hour | Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30pm – 8:00amOvertime: Time and a half

Join the Avondale team as an Operative within their fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands‑on role requiring previous factory experience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Job Overview

• Preparing and mixing ingredients according to production schedules
• Packing products on the lines
• Setting up and monitoring mixers and related equipment
• Reporting faults or inconsistencies to the relevant department
• Ensuring hygiene, safety, and production standards are met
• Collaborating with team members across shifts to ensure workflow continuity

Ideal Candidate

• Dispatch or warehouse background highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills for flagging issues and updating team leaders
• Strong sense of initiative and accountability
• Basic English needed to understand procedures and safety guidance
