Youth Support Worker — Nurture & Empower Young People

Priority Childcare Ltd in Treharris is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help care for children and young people in Ty Banwen. This full-time role (39 hours a week plus sleep-ins) requires a driver and a compassionate, reliable approach in a nurturing home environment.

You will support both physical and emotional needs, promote independence through activities, and keep detailed records. Prior care experience is welcome but not essential, with enhanced DBS required after offer.
