Weekend Care & Community Activities Facilitator

Creative Support Ltd in Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, is seeking a Weekend Support Worker to join our friendly team to help individuals with learning disabilities, cerebral palsy and autism with daily activities and community involvement.
