Savings Customer Advocate – Branch & Digital Support

The Nottingham Building Society is hiring a Savings Customer Ambassador to be the first point of contact in the branch or by phone, helping customers with their savings journey. This on-site role provides daily face-to-face interactions, full training, and a supportive team in Hucknall.

The salary starts at £25,000 with progression to £25,500 as you become fully competent, with a clear path to grow within the Society.
