CYP Keyworker – Learning Disabilities and Autism (12-month)

Barnardo’s in Shropshire Telford & Wrekin is hiring a Keyworker for CYP with a learning disability/autism. The role supports families to navigate education, care and health services, working across the system to coordinate personalised planning and timely assessments.

The post is 12 months maternity cover with potential job share, with an office base in Telford and flexible cross-area duties across Shropshire Telford & Wrekin.
